| Is this a Ciclovía? |
Bogotá's annual
Nocturnal 'Ciclovía' happened on Dec. 8. Thousands and thousands of
bogotanos, almost all of them on foot, packed Bogotá's central avenues and parks and had a great time admiring the
Christmas lights. But, with the streets so crowded that you could barely turn around,
it was no Ciclovía!
